1. About these terms
These terms cover Atom AI, formerly Nowledge, on mobile and at atomai-app.com. They govern access to study tools and related services. For questions, use the contact address at the bottom of this page.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Notify us of unauthorized use. If you are a minor, use the service with the permissions required by applicable law and your legal guardian.
3. Studying with artificial intelligence
Atom AI turns your materials into study notes, flashcards, quizzes and coach conversations. Generated responses may contain errors: check them against your courses and with your teachers. The service guarantees no grade or exam result and does not replace professional advice.
4. Subscriptions, prices and trials
Features, prices, duration and any trial are shown before purchase. Apple bills iOS purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. A trial may convert to a paid subscription under the terms displayed when subscribing.
5. Cancellation, restoration and refunds
Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription. Use Restore purchases with the Apple account used for the purchase. Apple refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and remain subject to Apple rules and your statutory rights.
6. Your content and intellectual property
You retain your rights to uploaded documents. You authorize us to host and process them as necessary to operate the service and generate the materials you request. Only upload content you are entitled to use. The Atom AI brand, software and design remain protected.
7. Permitted use and availability
Do not use Atom AI to distribute unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, bypass safeguards or disrupt the service. Maintenance or incidents may interrupt access. Misuse may result in restrictions or suspension in accordance with applicable law.
8. Your rights and Apple terms
Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable and are not excluded by these terms. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the App Store application. Significant changes to these terms will be communicated appropriately. The current version is published here with its date.
