Privacy policy
1. Creator Program
When you apply to the Creator Program, your name, email address, country, phone number, age, social profile link, form language and, if provided, introduction video and referral code are used to confirm your request, contact you and manage your application. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. The checkbox acknowledges this use; it does not subscribe you to a newsletter. The version of the notice you accepted is included with the request. The Atom AI team and necessary service providers have access to relevant information: Vercel for website hosting and private storage of answers, Cloudflare R2 for private storage of new videos, automatically deleted after seven days, Resend for email delivery and Google Workspace for receiving and following up on requests. Applications that do not proceed are deleted no later than six months after the last exchange. If a collaboration begins, necessary data is kept to manage the relationship and meet applicable obligations. 3. Data we use
Depending on the features used: email address, account identifier, name and study profile; documents, photos, text and recordings you choose to submit; coach conversations; generated materials, progress and study history; subscription status and purchase references; technical information and usage events. Apple processes payments: Atom AI does not receive your card number.
4. Why data is processed
Data needed for accounts, synchronization, content generation and subscription management is processed to deliver the requested service. Security and abuse prevention serve our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Legal obligations may require certain retention. Where processing requires consent, it must be possible to withdraw it without affecting earlier processing.
5. Providers and artificial intelligence
Firebase (Google) provides authentication, storage and server services. OpenAI and Google Gemini may process submitted content for AI features. Apple and RevenueCat handle purchases and subscription entitlements. PostHog is used to analyze app usage; events may be linked to an account identifier and are not necessarily anonymous. PostHog may also record session interactions; text inputs and images are configured to be masked. AppsFlyer measures installation attribution and purchase or trial events. On iOS, Atom requests Apple tracking permission before initializing it. Vercel hosts the website. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Hosting and transfers
Providers may process data in several countries, including outside the European Economic Area. Transfer safeguards depend on the provider and service concerned. You can request information about destinations and safeguards using the contact below.
7. Retention and deletion
Account and study data is retained to deliver the service while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or handle disputes; backups and technical logs may follow separate schedules.
8. Permissions and local storage
Microphone, photo and camera access depends on the features you use and device permissions. You can change these permissions in device settings. The website and app use local storage for sign-in, preferences and service operation.
9. Security and your rights
We use safeguards and access controls, although no online service can guarantee absolute security. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction or object to processing. You may also complain to the CNIL or your national data protection authority.
10. Policy updates
Updates are published here with their date. Significant changes will be communicated appropriately. Contact us about a minor’s data or to exercise your rights.
